Currently I practice Holistic Health Modalities and am preparing to do some coaching again..

Art and Creativity

I enjoy being creative in a variety of ways ranging from occasional drawings, to organizing Ecstatic Dances, to seeing what I can build or balance with my hands, and circus themed activities like Acroyoga.

I enjoy photography, drawing, stone balancing, circus themed activities, Ecstatic Dance and more.

Heal

I have been helping others with holistic health for more than 10 years through my company Luminary Wellness.
Also, I have recently started facilitating self improvement worshops in Auckland.

Uncover

I am preparing to resume some coaching. I will be able to assist you with general life coaching and also ADHD coaching. The website will be YourMindSeeds.com

Explore

I love discovering new things. That could be something about human behaviour and interactions. It could be a lovely campground somewhere, or just an awesome playground that's big enough for adults.
