I love personal development, growth, and connection. And... It's even more fun to connect with and share those with others and see them enjoy their own growth along their own personal journey.
I was raised in the Salt Lake City area of Utah. I've also lived in Santa Catarina, Brazil and in Tucson, Arizona. I am pleased to call Auckland, New Zealand/Aotearoa my home for the last decade.
I'm a nature lover and I am generally most at peace while in the mountains or other places with trees and water. Even better if hugs are involved.
Some of my passions include Quality time with friends and family, Healthy Touch, Purpose Work, Art, Music, Freeform Movement, Nature and Natural Health, understanding ADHD, and being active throughout the day. Having many dichotomies I also really enjoy checking out a new electronic device, or watching some Sci-fi/fantasy movie.
