Rock Climbing Ratings

I may have mentioned before that I love to go rock climbing. I have only done it indoors at this point but I am excited to go outdoors once it thaws a little here in Northern Utah. I started climbing when my beautiful wife got me some lessons for my 35th birthday while we lived in New Zealand.

Now, there are several ways of rating the difficulty of the climb and I have often wondered how the climbs I did New Zealand compared with those I've done in Salt Lake City. Sooo, I was pleased to find this comparison chart on WikiPedia today and will show it here so others can easily compare and so I can too. :-)

If you haven't tried climbing yet I highly recommend it. Even if you are a little afraid of heights. (I am too.)
Just start out in a climbing gym or with someone who is very good at climbing safely.

Distracted

More than 2 months since my last post! I must be on Facebook too much. ;-)

Been going indoor rock climbing a couple of times a week at a local climbing gym here in the Salt Lake area. Arms and back are getting strong and toned. (Just need to work on the belly now.)

Family is doing well. We are expecting our second child in the Spring!
Our son is well and enjoying the snow. (not much of that while we were in New Zealand)

New look and more info coming soon for InspireUniversity.com

I am enjoying the experience of learning to be a Purpose Coach. If you'd like to see what a Purpose Coach can do for you then go to www.IgniteMyPurpose.com. If you'd like to be a coach yourself then check out www.IgniteYourPurpose.info . It's awesome what we are assisting people to do with their lives!

Have a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!

Comments:
If you're wondering about the title of this post... Part of it is that some "experts" say that I'm ADHD.
I'm not surprised and neither is my family. It is good to know because I am more aware and come back to focus faster. (Like leaving this comment almost immediately after the post ;-)

A doctor's view about health care

I have lived in another country (New Zealand mainly and a little experience in Brazil) where Social Healthcare worked really well. There were some issues that people didn't care for of course as there is not any perfect system on the planet that a government has adopted.

I do feel that many problems could be fixed by having social healthcare in the USA but I also really like what this doctor has to say in contrary to that.

Check it out here.

Up and away

I have recently gotten back into indoor rock climbing after finding another person to climb with. (It's tricky to hold the safety line for yourself)

We've been climbing at Momentum and I am really enjoying the thrill and exercise of it all.

Now... to find someone with ropes and gear to go outside since Utah is full of places to climb. Anyone game?

Use my therapist for free

An EFT therapist and internet entrepeneur named Leon Jay started working on a project more than a year ago. The project was to create a desktop program that would help in doing EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and affirmations.

Well, the program grew and developed into something that can not only do that but also...
Subliminal messages
Subliminal audio
Hypnosis
Vision boards (Great for the Law of Attraction)....

I was testing and giving feedback on the program periodically and it has gotten so good that I asked how I could share it with others.

I got offered the position of affiliate manager for www.MyDesktopTherapist.com !

This free (yes f r e e) software is awesome! Check it out and let me know what you think of it after you've used it for a few days. (I bet you'll want to use it much longer than that)

Also, check out the Transformations program that you can add on to it for a great price. I've been using it and seeing great results in my behaviour and attitude.

Have a great week!
