Secret Jedi Powers Controlling You?
Are you using this force or is it being used on you? Whether we realize it or not, a powerful force is being used around us, on us and for us all the time. In fact you, yourself, have probably used this force on another person, or system, many times in your life. (Ever asked anybody to do something or trusted in something being there for you?)
This secret, or rather greatly underused force or power is delegation. Companies, families, clubs governments, and religions all use delegation. They understand that it is the only way to accomplish everything they wish to get done without having 36 hours in everyday and pumping simulated chemicals into their brains. We are using this “force” all the time ourselves, just by asking or assigning someone to do something or even in simple ways we don’t think of like delegating to grocers to get a variety of foods for us to choose from.
The reason delegation is so powerful is that we are not capable of doing every little thing that comes up. There are others who can do the job just as well or even better than us. (Perhaps they are the more powerful Jedi but still under our control.) Delegating gives us more time to do what we are best at and/or enjoy most. This allows us to accomplish two, five, or even a 1000 times more than we could do on our own depending on our circle of influence.
This is why delegation is a vital part of management systems and tools like Simpleology and the Daily Target Praxis. Using a force like this can increase your own Jedi efficiency powers ten times or more.
Use the force each day and see how it not only lets you accomplish more but how it also teaches other people, responsibility, confidence and good relationship skills. This includes your children. It also teaches us how to trust and when to trust. One of the most powerful Jedi powers.
